Booking

A £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. In the event you do not cancel your appointment before the 24 hour period or you do not show, your deposit is forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Customers are asked to cancel any appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel
Not showing up for your appointment without any contact may incur a 50% charge of treatment the next time you book. This must be paid before that appointment is secured. 
2 or more consecutive no shows will result in pre payment before the appointment, if this is not paid your appointment is not secured.
